1. Definitions

  • Client: The individual or company purchasing digital services from Digital Direct Service.
  • Digital Direct Service: The service provider offering digital services.
  • Project: The specific work agreed upon between the Client and Digital Direct Service.
  • Deliverables: The final digital materials or files provided to the Client.

 

2. Engagement of Services

  • The Client agrees to hire Digital Direct Service for the work outlined in the project agreement.
  • Digital Direct Service agrees to provide the services within a reasonable timeframe.

 

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment details will be specified in the project agreement.
  • Digital Direct Service may require a deposit or milestone payments before work begins.
  • Additional work or changes beyond the agreed scope may result in extra charges.

 

4. Project Timeline

  • Digital Direct Service will provide an estimated timeline for project completion.
  • The timeline may change due to unforeseen circumstances or revisions requested by the Client.

 

5. Revisions

  • The Client is entitled to a set number of revisions, as specified in the project agreement.
  • Additional revisions may be subject to extra fees.

 

6. Ownership and Rights

  • Upon full payment, the Client owns the final deliverables.
  • Digital Direct Service may showcase the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

 

7. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to keep any confidential or sensitive information private.

 

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the project with written notice.
  • The Client must pay for any completed work up to the termination date.

 

9. Liability

  • Digital Direct Service is not responsible for any losses, damages, or issues resulting from the use of the final deliverables.

 

10. Governing Law

  • This agreement follows U.S. law, and any disputes will be resolved in U.S. courts.
